Reflection: what I think this quote means is to discipline yourself to doing what’s right in all situations and you will gain pride to self-esteem to your personal satisfaction.

Example:  for example if someone drops money and you get to notice it and get it, the right thing to do is to give it back and he will probably thank you and let you keep it.

Reflection: what I think this quote is saying is that when it comes to situation were others or yourself ask you to choose the wrong its always no and you shouldn’t do it. For example if anyone ask you to drink alcohol or smoke a cigarette with them the right choose is to say no to them.
